Brought in my 2012 Subaru Outback to have it checked out to see if anything needs worked on since we were at 145k miles. They gave the entire vehicle an inspection, for free. Most shops wanted $70-$250 just to diagnose/inspect the vehicle. Ended up needing a few things worked on and went ahead and had the wheel assembly replaced due to road noise, and so far, so good. It has only been an hour or two since we got the vehicle back, will update with any issues at a later date. Brian’s customer service was excellent; he took the time to explain everything in detail and to make sure I understood everything needing worked on and the urgency/prioritization of each issue. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am the day of my appt and had the car back by lunch the next day, with work completed. I also brought my 2nd subaru to the shop for the same diagnostics and will write another review for that vehicle once they are finished. All in all, a great experience, so far.
