Had a crazy electrical issue I couldn't figure out, got quoted 400 to 600 at another shop to fix if they could find it if not they said I needed a new wire harness, car doctor found the issue quickly and charged nearly nothing for it A++!

I am a female and I was referred to the Car Doctor by a friend. I had antifreeze leaking. I called to set up an appt and couldn't believe I was already in their computer system. I was referred to the Car Doctor 10 years ago by the same friend for repairs on another vehicle. No I didn't remember hell a lot has happened since then and we won't talk about the last couple of years. 😳 At this point, I knew I was in good hands. 10 years ago and the Car Doctor is still healing cars all over OKC, that's commendable. Well turns out, I needed a water pump. It was fixed the same day and now I don't have to top off the radiator fluid every few stops. I highly recommend the car Doctor if you care about your vehicle. It will be diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. I even received a special gift thanking me for trusting the Car Doctor with my car repair needs.

VERY knowledgeable guys, with the highest level of knowledge, service and warranty I have found outside of a dealership. I went to a shop nearer to my house initially, and which was cheaper, and they could not solve the issue I was having. Charged me twice, too, including parts I didn’t need. Car Doctor was able to address the issue correctly, which the other shop and even AutoZone (AutoZone read an incorrect code) were not able to do.

Kept me informed, final cost was what was estimated and they persisted until they finished.

Service beyond the call of duty. When a replacement part (new or used) could not be ordered for my 2003 Chevrolet Impala, a Car Doctor technician physically searched salvage yards until he found one.!! That action displays their dedication to customer service.

I gotta give these guys 5 stars! They got my truck in and back in a 48 hour period and saved my Christmas! My truck had multiple issues and they were all taken care of at a most reasonable price, THANKS so much and Happy New Year !
