Incompetent, unprofessional, lazy. They lied to us about being appointment only; because they didn't want to do a manual oil change because we had a uhaul attached to our envoy. Apperentally they are too good for money!
You called for an appointment at 4:30pm. We do not make appointments for the last hour of the day and explained why. We did tell you to come in and we could get it done. You showed up at almost 5pm with a trailer hooked to your vehicle. We cannot bring a vehicle into the shop with a trailer on it. So, when we asked you and your husband to unhook it so we can perform the service, you called us names, became very belligerent and told us we were going to service your vehicle in the street and refused to unhook the trailer. Our workers comp insurance does not allow for that. I’m sorry we were not able to service your vehicle. But, your attitude towards the service provider who is willing to stay after hours to perform your delayed services is beyond comprehensible. Based on your profiles reviews of other businesses, I doubt any business can meet your expectations. Good luck in the future.
