Brought our 2011 Ford Explorer in due to engine temperature being too hot. Diagnosis was the water pump was leaking and needed replacement. Also timing chain. Brian was very good about keeping me informed along the way and explaining the reasons for the repairs. This is my first experience with Car Dr but the car now runs great and I feel like they did a good job at a fair price. I would definitely use their service again.
