Super sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. The overall cost of operations, like most businesses, has seen a significant increase is costs over the past three years. However, I can’t compare what estimates you’re getting with ours and don’t believe we are that out of line for the same service with the same quality of parts. The other part of that is no matter what we do for you, we will always look out for your best interests and sometimes that means recommending a more expensive repair to save you money over the long haul while other shops may only recommend the basics that may lead to a much more expensive breakdown in the future. Again, we hope you understand this that we will always give you the opportunity to decide whether or not we will be where you choose to get your vehicle serviced.

We apologize for not meeting your expectations. That job on your vehicle was a very high labor job and due to that, we recommended only using a new alternator. This can be a very expensive option. We understand that such an estimate can be alarming. But, we will always look out for your best interests and we hope you found a repair facililty that meets your needs.
